Key Points

In Week 20 (May 12–18, 2025), activity at SOS Médecins clinics remained stable among those under 15 and declined among adults (-7%, or 4,227 fewer visits) compared to Week 19.

Among seasonal indicators, there was an increase in medical procedures for:

  • allergies among 2- to 14-year-olds (+21%, or +117 procedures) and among 15- to 74-year-olds (+21%, or +324 procedures).

  • insect bites among children (+25%, or +51 visits).

Among other indicators, there was also an increase in medical procedures for:

  • anxiety among 15- to 44-year-olds (+13%, or +113 procedures), which has been rising for the past two weeks and is at higher levels than in previous years.

  • trauma among 2- to 14-year-olds (+13%, or +104 visits), at levels higher than in previous years.

  • asthma attacks among 2- to 14-year-olds (+24%, or +74 cases).
