The Departmental Council and the Ministry of National Education have entered into an agreement to train instructors and develop sex education programs in middle schools. A school nurse and a family planning center professional work as a team to teach seventh-grade classes. Professionals from a variety of fields (Youth Judicial Protection—PJJ, local missions, educators) are also trained in sex education by the Departmental Council.
