COVID-19

The regional incidence rate, at 108 per 100,000 inhabitants, is rising slightly. It remains above the alert threshold of 50 per 100,000 inhabitants for both departments. The testing rate is stable (4,467 per 100,000 inhabitants). The positivity rate is slightly increasing (2.5% vs. 2.2% in Week 6). In Southern Corsica, the active caseload across all departments is stable, with no patients hospitalized in intensive care or intensive/continuous care units. In Haute-Corse, a decrease in the active caseload across all departments, combined with stabilization in intensive care or intensive/continuous care, is observed.
