From May 1 to November 30 each year, Santé publique France coordinates, in conjunction with the relevant Regional Health Agencies (ARS), enhanced seasonal surveillance of chikungunya, dengue, and Zika in mainland France.

In Occitanie, since May 1, 2022, 10 imported cases of dengue have been confirmed (no new cases identified since the update on June 27, 2022). The individuals concerned had returned from Cuba (3), Brazil (2), Réunion (2), Mexico (2), and Indonesia (1).

No cases of chikungunya or Zika have been identified.

To limit the risk of local transmission, 18 entomological surveys and 12 vector control treatments were carried out in the vicinity of these cases.

Nationwide, from May 1 to July 8, 2022, the following were confirmed:

• 60 imported cases of dengue,

• 2 imported cases of chikungunya,

• 0 imported cases of Zika.
