Acute respiratory infections

  • SOS Médecins: Procedures for the diagnosis of lower respiratory tract infections were on the rise compared to the previous week.

  • Oscour®: visits and hospitalizations following visits for lower respiratory tract infections were down compared to the previous week.

Bronchiolitis

  • SOS Médecins: Procedures for the diagnosis of bronchiolitis in children under 2 years of age were decreasing compared to previous weeks.

  • Oscour®: visits and hospitalizations for the diagnosis of bronchiolitis in children under 2 years of age were decreasing compared to previous weeks.

Flu

  • SOS Médecins: Procedures for all ages for a diagnosis of influenza/influenza-like illness were on the rise compared to the previous week.

  • Oscour®: Consultations for all ages for a diagnosis of influenza/flu-like syndrome were down compared to the previous week.

COVID-19

  • SOS Médecins: The decline in the number of cases for suspected or confirmed COVID-19 continued in week 02-2024.

  • Oscour®: The number of consultations for suspected COVID-19 was halved compared to the previous week.

Gastroenteritis and acute diarrhea

  • Moderate activity in private practice (SOS Médecins) and moderate in hospital settings (Oscour® network).
