  • Intense epidemic activity amid a significant increase in testing

  • 2 out of 5 people reporting symptoms tested positive for Covid-19

  • In urban areas as well as in pre-hospital emergency services, a very sharp increase in the demand for care due to suspected Covid-19

Bronchiolitis

  • Transitioning into the post-epidemic phase, activity continues to decline at a moderate rate.

Influenza and influenza-like illnesses

  • Pre-epidemic activity

  • Seekers of care for influenza-like illnesses are decreasing in emergency departments but increasing in primary care

  • Decrease in the number of influenza viruses isolated from hospitalized patients

Gastroenteritis

  • Activity levels remain high

  • Decrease in visits for gastroenteritis to emergency departments, with a slight increase among SOS Médecins
