Epidemiological Situation of Dengue in French Guiana. Update as of February 9, 2023.
Key Points
Since the beginning of 2023, five confirmed cases of dengue have been identified in the municipalities of Saint-Laurent du Maroni and Kourou. Two of these cases are of the DEN-3 serotype. The epidemiological situation remains at Phase 1 of the Psage* dengue classification: “sporadic cases.”
