Key Points
The decline in dengue transmission in French Guiana, which began in early March, is accelerating in Week 28, and levels are approaching those observed before the epidemic.
In Week 28, the trend is sharply downward in the Cayenne Island and Savanes sectors, downward in the West Coast sector, and stable at a low level in the East Interior sector. The epidemic has ended in the Oyapock sector since Week 23 and in the Maroni sector since Week 27.
