Over the past two weeks, activity in hospital emergency departments in Lorraine, at the SOS Médecins Meurthe-et-Moselle Association, and at SAMU emergency services has remained relatively stable.
The number of diagnoses of bronchiolitis and bronchitis in children under 2 years of age is on the rise for emergency room visits in Lorraine and for the SOS Médecins Meurthe-et-Moselle Association. This situation is also being observed in mainland France, with a sharp increase in the number of hospital emergency room visits for infant bronchiolitis over the past two weeks.
In weeks 47 and 48, the number of diagnoses of diarrhea and gastroenteritis made by the SOS Médecins Meurthe-et-Moselle association was high.
