  • According to data from the Unified Influenza Network, the decline in the incidence rate of influenza continues in France. This decrease is also being observed in the Alsace region.

  • The number of influenza and influenza-like illness diagnoses made by the region’s two SOS Médecins associations has been falling sharply for several weeks.

  • Influenza viruses continue to circulate. The national influenza epidemic threshold has now been exceeded for 11 consecutive weeks.

  • According to data from the hospital laboratory network (Renal) and samples collected by doctors in the GROG Network, influenza viruses of types A(H1N1) pdm09, A(H3N2), and B continue to co-circulate.
