In Week 41, the incidence rate is slightly lower than the consolidated rate for Week 40. The positivity rate remains stable.

Activity at SOS Médecins and hospital emergency departments is decreasing; the number of COVID-19 deaths is stable, and the number of acute respiratory infections (ARIs) in long-term care facilities (ESMS) linked to COVID-19 is increasing.

  • Bronchiolitis (under 2 years old): First week of pre-epidemic activity—decreasing at SOS Médecins and increasing in hospital emergency departments.

  • Influenza: outside the epidemic phase—activity is decreasing at SOS Médecins and in hospital emergency departments.

  • Gastroenteritis and acute diarrhea:

    • SOS Médecins: low activity, stable

    • Hospital emergency departments: low activity, stable
