A slight increase in the incidence rate (IR) calculated from PCR and antigen tests, amid the discontinuation of reimbursement for certain tests. The regional IR rose from 28.4 per 100,000 inhabitants in Week 40 to 33.6 per 100,000 inhabitants in Week 41. IRs are below 50 per 100,000 inhabitants: +5 points in Côtes d’Armor, +8 points in Finistère, stable in Ille-et-Vilaine, and +9 points in Morbihan. The epidemiological situation is stabilizing in the region. Attention remains focused on the high incidence rates in the Roche-aux-Fées, Quimperlé, and Brocéliande communities of care among those aged 65 and older in Ille-et-Vilaine and emerging in the other three departments. Vaccination coverage stands at 82.2% for a single dose and 81.0% for a full course.
