Stability in the incidence rate and positivity rate calculated from PCR and antigen tests. The incidence rate rose from 105 per 100,000 residents in Week 7 to 108 per 100,000 in Week 8. The positivity rate increased slightly from 4.2% to 4.4%. The Côtes d’Armor region has seen its incidence rate rise due to an increase in the number of cases among 10- to 19-year-olds. The proportion of suspected cases of the so-called British variant is 67% in Brittany and the majority in all four departments, while that of the Brazilian or South African variants is 4.1%, but around 7.5% in the Côtes d’Armor and Finistère. Vaccination coverage stands at 5.6% for a single dose.
