• Following a request from the dengue monitoring committee last week (March 25, 2025), Santé publique France considers that the epidemiological situation regarding dengue now corresponds to Phase 1 according to the PSAGE dengue guidelines: presence of sporadic cases.

Guadeloupe

• The dengue epidemic continues, with a renewed increase in the number of clinically suggestive dengue cases. The predominant serotype remains DENV-3.

Saint Martin and Saint Barthélemy

• The situation is calm. These territories are currently in Phase 1 according to the dengue PSAGE for both territories: sporadic cases and isolated outbreaks or outbreaks with no epidemiological link(s).
