Frequency and duration of physical activity in France.
How do the French engage in physical activity, and how much time do they devote to it? This article presents some findings from the 2005 Health Barometer survey conducted by INPES. The results indicate that one in three adults reports having engaged in "moderate physical activity" at least five days a week. Walking is the most common activity: one in two adults walks every day of the week.
