Food: a thirst for information.
To assess the nature of the public’s nutritional information needs, the CFES launched a qualitative study designed to identify the types of dietary information that are known and used, to identify existing gaps in this area, and to highlight topics requiring more in-depth information (the 1990 SORGEM Study conducted among women in Paris and Caen). Dietary practices and perceptions are presented.
