Eaters and nutritional advice.

What impact do nutritional messages have on eating habits? A team of anthropologists surveyed 100 people in France. They highlight the confusion among the public between health information and advertising messages. They also conclude that prescriptive nutritional information does not necessarily reach all segments of the population because it fails to take into account their culture, environment, and economic and social circumstances.
