Promoting Mental Health: Insights from Positive Psychology Research.

Positive mental health is measured based on three components: an individual’s emotional well-being, psychological functioning, and social functioning. Research demonstrates the effectiveness of interventions rooted in positive psychology. These interventions strengthen individuals’ protective factors and thus have a positive impact on their mental health, while also reducing anxiety and depressive symptoms.
