The European program for mental health prevention and promotion brings together regions from four countries (France, Germany, Belgium, and Luxembourg). As part of this partnership, joint initiatives are being carried out to combat the stigmatization of service users and to empower them. In particular, a film was produced by people experiencing mental health challenges, working on an equal footing with professionals.
