COVID-19

  • In week 41, viral circulation continues to rise, though at a slower rate than the previous week. The number of patients in general hospital wards is stabilizing, but the number in intensive care units is increasing.

Chikungunya, dengue, Zika

  • 1 case of local dengue transmission was confirmed in Week 40

Bronchiolitis

  • No ongoing epidemic

  • SOS Médecins - 12 consultations for bronchiolitis were conducted in Week 41, accounting for 9.6% of all consultations for children under 2 years of age, a decrease compared to Week 40 (15.1%)

  • Emergency departments - 3 visits for bronchiolitis were recorded in emergency departments in Week 41, representing 3.5% of all consultations for children under 2 years of age, a slight increase compared to Week 40 (1 visit)

Acute gastroenteritis

  • Emergency departments: low activity

  • SOS Médecins associations: low activity
