Influenza and influenza-like illnesses: During its second week (2016-51), the influenza epidemic intensified significantly in our region. All indicators (primary care, emergency departments, intensive care units, and long-term care facilities) rose significantly in week 51. According to national virological data from outpatient samples, the dominant virus is A(H3N2).

Bronchiolitis (in children under 2 years of age): The Occitanie region has been in an epidemic phase for bronchiolitis since week 2016-48. The epidemic peak is approaching, and the arrival of influenza viruses is expected to help reduce the bronchiolitis epidemic in the coming weeks.

Gastroenteritis: No particular trend.
