Key Points

The Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region has vaccination coverage rates similar to those observed in France.

  • Encouraging increase in HPV vaccination coverage among 15-year-old girls:

    • +2 percentage points for the first dose compared to the 2006 cohort

    • +3.9 percentage points for the second booster dose (44% vs. 40.1% in 2022)

    • Efforts to promote vaccination against human papillomavirus must continue.

  • Stabilization of influenza vaccination coverage (-1 percentage point) among people at risk of severe influenza (56% in 2022–2023 vs. 57% in 2021–2022)

  • Decrease in influenza vaccination coverage (-4 percentage points) among people under 65 years of age (33% in 2022–2023 vs. 37% in 2021–2022)

  • Meningococcal B vaccination coverage remains well below the national rate, with significant disparities between departments (ranging from 27% to 53%)

  • Increase in catch-up vaccination coverage against Meningococcal C across all age groups
