In Seine-Saint-Denis, an oral health prevention program aimed at improving children’s oral health—led by the departmental council—is training professionals in the education, health, and social services sectors. Health education sessions, including daily toothbrushing sessions in preschool and first grade, are organized at childcare facilities. Many challenges must be addressed today, and these efforts must be integrated into the framework proposed by regional authorities.
