This article presents findings from the Vespa survey of HIV-positive heterosexuals receiving outpatient care in Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, and Saint Martin, focusing on key aspects of emotional and sexual life: the presence of a romantic relationship, sexual activity, mutual knowledge of HIV status within a stable relationship, and condom use.
