French Guiana: Perspectives and Voices United Against AIDS.

French Guiana is the French department most severely affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic. Despite undeniable progress over the past thirty years, the epidemic remains at an alarming level, diagnoses are often made too late, and many people receiving care live in precarious conditions.
