Community members responsible for prevention efforts in remote villages in French Guiana.

French Guiana and Suriname have launched a sexual education program along the Maroni River. As part of a cross-border cooperation initiative, a Mobile Health Intervention and Prevention Team (Emips) is training "community liaisons" to implement grassroots initiatives aimed at reducing sexual risks within their communities.
