Gastroenteritis Surveillance
Gastroenteritis-related activity in emergency departments across the Grand Est region remains higher than what was observed during the same period in previous years. It continues to rise this week, reaching 219 diagnoses per 10,000 visits
Conversely, a decrease in activity related to this condition is observed among SOS Médecins associations. It has reached levels seen in previous years during the same period
High activity is also being observed within the Sentinelles Network, and the epidemic threshold for acute diarrhea has been exceeded for the past 5 weeks
Bronchiolitis Surveillance
In the Grand Est region, the proportion of activity related to bronchiolitis continues to rise in the region’s emergency departments. It is similar to what was observed last year at the same time.
Conversely, a downward trend in bronchiolitis-related activity is observed among SOS Médecins associations.
The Grand Est region is in an epidemic phase
A moderate increase in RSV circulation is being observed in the region
Influenza surveillance
Influenza activity continues to rise according to both data sources.
This increase is marked in the departments of Aube, Bas-Rhin, Moselle, and Vosges. It is occurring earlier than in previous seasons

Monitoring of carbon monoxide poisoning
During weeks 50 and 51, there were 10 incidents of carbon monoxide poisoning affecting 27 people
