In Mulhouse, neighborhood health networks enable the community to participate in the implementation of health policies. Various initiatives, including the Local Health Contract, are based on this community-centered approach. This regional policy brings together all stakeholders, though the challenge lies in continually securing the human and financial resources needed to implement initiatives and programs that benefit the community.
