We bridge the gap between doctors and fitness instructors [Interview].

Many older adults or people with chronic illnesses do not feel capable of engaging in physical activity. The Saphyr program works in collaboration with doctors to help participants overcome obstacles and hesitations: a specially trained physical activity professional provides personalized guidance to introduce them to an activity. The individual is then referred to the most suitable club or organization. An initial evaluation of this program shows that these individuals are thereby increasing their daily activity levels.
