Health Monitoring in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region. Update as of November 17, 2022.
Key Points
COVID-19
In Week 45, after several weeks of decline, SARS-CoV-2 transmission appears to be stabilizing in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Hospital indicators (new hospitalizations and the number of people hospitalized for COVID-19), emergency room visits, and reports to ESMS are decreasing. SOS Médecins calls are increasing this week.
Bronchiolitis
5th epidemic week
Oscour® network: emergency department visits for bronchiolitis are declining, but this decline is correlated with the total number of visits, leaving the proportion of hospital activity for bronchiolitis constant. Hospitalizations for a diagnosis of bronchiolitis among children under 2 years of age in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes are down in week 45 compared to previous weeks, with the hospitalization rate remaining unchanged.
The regional epidemic trend for bronchiolitis is high and is declining slightly in week 45 in the region.
