Occupation: Health Mediator for People in Highly Vulnerable Situations [Interview]

As part of a pilot program, the Asalée association recruited four "health mediators" two years ago to serve as a link between patients, general practitioners, nurses, and other health and social service professionals, with the aim of facilitating access to healthcare and social services while taking into account the patients' living conditions—such as unstable housing, food insecurity, and isolation. Testimonial from Capucine de Durand, a mediator in Paris working in one of the city’s priority neighborhoods.
