“Attentive care” for young children: what the World Health Organization recommends

In 2018, the World Health Organization (WHO) published a policy paper on the concept of "attuned care" for early childhood development, "one of the best investments a country can make." The following article presents the French summary of this report, which was developed in collaboration with several partners—including the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and the World Bank.
