New guidelines on alcohol consumption to reduce health risks.

The new alcohol consumption guidelines recommended in France since 2017 are as follows: do not drink more than ten standard drinks per week; do not drink more than two drinks per day; and have at least one alcohol-free day each week. In summary, and to ensure the general public understands clearly: "For your health, limit your alcohol intake to a maximum of two drinks per day, and don't drink every day."
