“The benefits of Dry January don’t end at the end of January” [Interview]

The January Challenge encourages people to abstain from alcoholic beverages for a month to assess their relationship with alcohol. The French Janover study shows that the majority of participants experience improvements in sleep and well-being. And 58% of participants reduced their consumption eight months after the challenge. This initiative, which sees growing participation each year, is an effective tool for prevention.
